All participants were very positive about the content of the trainings, but certainly also about the knowledge and enthusiasm of the trainers. So enlightening!

In the context of continuous improvement, we at Start People are always looking for opportunities to optimise the productivity of our administrative helpdesk. No easy feat, on account of the peaks and valleys in the volume of work.

We found one such opportunity at ContactExpert. Within a month, an experienced ContactExpert project manager started up who took a very thorough approach. After four weeks of intensive analysis, ranging from interviews with employees to carrying out various tasks personally, the possible optimisations were mapped out. A month later, several concrete improvement projects were underway, with as result: projects completed, productivity optimised and both internal and external satisfaction increased.

It's so enlightening to be able to work with a partner who, without extensive knowledge of the organisation, understands the challenges of the business and comes up with actual solutions very quickly.

Within the project where I work, we ContactExperts are seen as people who deliver quality. That happens in quite a bizarre way: by just doing what we are used to doing. Really listening. Always doing just that little bit more for the customer. Always looking a little longer for a solution. That's how we were taught.
